Apartment Fire 1739 S Battin

SQ11 in the area not finding anything......E11 on scene gave heavy fire showing from the back of a 4 plex. E11 & SQ11 were fire attack & requested a working fire response. Bat 2 was in command. E22 brought in a water supply. E11 advised power lines were involved and arcing. TK2 & HR4 were ventilation. Q15 & SQ15 took a line to the 2nd floor. E22 was S&R, E5 was RIC.
